6. RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES

Unless expressly agreed in writing:

  • Use of the Platform does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between StreamAgency and users.
  • Brands, businesses, influencers, and streamers operate as independent parties.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, and functionality are owned by StreamAgency or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to users through use of the Platform.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.

8. FEES AND PAYMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)

Certain services may require payment of fees. Pricing and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase or subscription.

StreamAgency reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Updated pricing will be made available through the Platform.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

11. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

The Platform may include features powered by artificial intelligence ("AI"), including automated chat responses and content generation tools.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses are automated and may not be accurate, complete, or reliable.
  • AI-generated content is non-binding and does not constitute legal, financial, commercial, or professional advice.
  • AI responses do not necessarily reflect the views, opinions, or positions of StreamAgency or its clients.
